Strategy

The Strategy is inherited by the Vault. A Vault can have one or more strategies to manage underlying assets.

1) Deploy Assets

Assets in the vault deployed into predefined DeFi applications according to strategy.

2) Compound

During rebalancing, profits accrued by the Strategy are compounded into the investment strategy.

3) Unwind positions

In instances where the Vault requires underlying tokens to provide liquidity due to excessive dETP sales on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), it initiates a withdrawal request from the Strategy. The Strategy unwinds a portion of its assets to add liquidity on DEXs.
